Order Processing Time:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
GreenSprint (S9L) is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authority. All such charges are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
