Our sourcing team has personally visited every farm partner. We assess soil health, farming practices, harvest protocols, and post-harvest handling before any farm is approved.

We do not work with farms that use child labour, practice slash-and-burn clearing, or cannot demonstrate basic environmental stewardship. These aren't just policy statements — they're conditions we verify on every annual farm visit.

Step 2: Harvest Coordination

We work with our farm partners to align harvest timing with peak fruit ripeness — not with market demand cycles. This means we sometimes tell buyers, "The next batch will be ready in three weeks," rather than shipping product that isn't at its best. Every harvest is logged with date, farm ID, estimated yield, and initial quality assessment by our field team.

Step 3: Primary Processing
